Clinical Property Advisors was formed by Doug Connell in 2012 after 20 years as a senior executive with several of the largest real estate service firms in the U.S.  With a background in finance and development, Doug completed major transactions including the sale of a 630,000-sf office portfolio in South Florida, a 500,000-sf office tower in Midtown Atlanta, and equity capitalization of a 425,000-sf office tower in Austin, Texas. Recognizing the economic impact of an aging Baby Boom population, Doug pivoted toward the healthcare sector beginning in 2007.  He is a graduate of Georgia State University with BBA and MBA degrees in marketing
